This provides you with a quick overview of the document set, and makes document review more efficient and consistent because related documents can be reviewed together. Clustify does conceptual clustering, near-duplicate detection, content-based email threading, and automatic tagging / predictive coding. It can be used as a stand-alone tool to examine and tag documents that are stored as individual files, or it can examine the contents of virtually any database and export cluster results into the database as additional columns that can be used by other review tools to sort or group documents. Clustify excels at handling large data sets, and can cluster millions of documents on a modest desktop computer in less than an hour.

Participants in Free Clustering Month will need to attend a brief training session via GoToMeeting and sign a licensing agreement, so don't wait until the last minute to sign up. May 2012 is Free Clustering Month. Make sure you are ready to start using Clustify on the first of May for maximum benefit.
